GENEVACCORD ADR is fully committed to helping our clients reach a reasonable solution to their conflicts, timely and with the utmost confidentiality.

Choosing a mediator

GENEVACCORD ADR can be mandated as soon as both parties have elected to enter the mediation process. This decision is either agreed upon by the parties themselves or suggested by their respective advisors or counsels. Commonly, in a judicial mediation situation, GENEVACCORD ADR will be mandated by a judge whereas in a civil or conventional mediation situation, we can be mandated at the parties' discretion.
